These terms govern your use of MedQuizly at medquizly.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MedQuizly. Questions: support@medquizly.com.

What MedQuizly is

MedQuizly is a study tool that lets you practise with medical question banks. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any university. The questions are study material; they are not a substitute for your official course content, and we do not guarantee that every answer is correct or current. Always defer to your course materials and instructors.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country and be a university-level student or otherwise use the tool for lawful study.
• You may use MedQuizly as a guest without an account, with reduced functionality.

Acceptable use

• Use MedQuizly for your own studying.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not misuse the content in ways that infringe others’ rights.

Content and intellectual property

The MedQuizly name, design and software are ours or our licensors’. Question content is provided for personal study use within the app. You may not redistribute the question bank as your own product.

Availability

We work to keep MedQuizly available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MedQuizly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any academic outcome, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using MedQuizly at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we will update the date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
