Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

MedQuizly (“we”, “us”) is an independent study tool that helps medical-school students practise with question banks. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@medquizly.com.

Who is responsible

MedQuizly operates this website at medquizly.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@medquizly.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your data is processed

We use trusted providers to operate MedQuizly:

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences and in-progress sessions. These are essential and set without asking.

For analytics we use Google Analytics (GA4). On your first visit a small banner asks whether to allow analytics cookies. We use Google Consent Mode, so analytics storage stays denied until you accept; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and study data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@medquizly.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

MedQuizly is intended for university-level students and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
